Our staff at Dover House Resort is ready and willing to attend to your every need.  We value our Dover House owners and guests.  Because of this we have created Resort Guidelines and Procedures to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our guests and property.

ALL GUESTS checking in must have a photo ID and any papers from exchange networks such as RCI or GEO Holiday Club.  A credit card security deposit in the amount of $250.00 must be available at check in (Master Card, Visa, or American Express only).  The primary registrant must be at least 21 years of age. 4 person maximum is strictly enforced.  No pet’s allowed.  All units are smoke free.  In the event your travel plans are delayed after office hours please contact the resort for “Late Arrival” instructions.
